When your order's ready, we'll send it to you by courier. If you've ordered ready made curtains, bed linen or homeware we'll send you a text with a one-hour delivery window, which you can change easily and quickly to suit your day's plans. Delivery can be any time during the day and the courier will require a signature, but we're happy to deliver to a neighbour or a workplace if you're not going to be around. Don't hesitate to contact us if you're working to a deadline and you need your order in a rush.

Delivery charges
UK Mainland delivery is free on orders over £150 and £9.95 on orders under that amount.
Channel Island and international shipping charges will be applied when you checkout.
Please note, for orders outside of the UK you may be required to pay international customs duties and local sales tax on receipt of your order.
Made to measure product orders
Because we sometimes order fabric exclusively for your curtains or blinds, you may experience delays if we don't have the fabric in stock and there is none with our suppliers. The easiest way to avoid this issue is to place your order as soon as possible. If you've ordered fabric, you should receive it in a few days (no longer than a week). If it's curtains or Roman blinds - it should reach you within 4 weeks. This depends on whether or not the fabric is in stock and how many other orders are waiting in the queue. If there is any kind of delay, we'll let you know as soon as possible.
